When purchasing on our website, you are welcoming home a pre-owned or vintage item. Every piece has been used by its previous owner. Not one is the same, all are one-of-a-kind. Signs of use and age give patina, identity and a story to it.

Return Policy
Please consider your purchase well, since all non-EU sales are final. Behave like a collector, learn all you need to know before you decide. We are happy to assist you in your decisions.
When an item is damaged upon delivery or the wrong item has been sent to you, please contact us. We will help you with your return, free of charge.

Purchases for clients in EU
​For online purchases within the EU, you can invoke your legal right of return within 14 days from the time of delivery.

1. To initiate a return, please send us an email with your information, ordernumber and date.
2. To be refunded in full, you must return the item(s) to To Recollect in the same condition, including all product accessories, packaging, paperwork and with all attached labels, if any, as delivered to you.
3. If you have removed the To Recollect-labels, the item has been formally altered and is therefore legally excluded from return.

4. For safe return, please use the shipping box and filling materials used for delivery. It is your responsibility to cover the cost and risk of the return shipment, you are liable if the product is missing or damaged during transport to us. For your safety, please use "a signed for on delivery" and a fully insured carrier option. Your return must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the return notification to be eligible for a refund.
5. Once we receive your return, after inspection and confirmation that everything is in order, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
We will only credit the refundable amount to the payment method you used for the original transaction. To Recollect is not responsible for any currency fluctuations between the amount paid in Euro (€) and any alternative currency you used.
All refunds are made exclusively in Euro (€).​
